The new Actros up to 250 tonnes is a semitrailer tractor which has been systematically designed and built to provide heavy-duty transport the length and breadth of our road networks. And what’s more, it sets new benchmarks in comfort, vehicle performance and flexibility, thereby representing a new dimension in heavy-duty transport. At first sight, on every trip and on the breaks in-between, its new cabs offer precisely the living and working comfort needed in heavy-duty transport. With its powerful, reliable Euro VI engines, standard-specification Mercedes PowerShift 3 automated gearshift and turbo retarder clutch it has a powerful and extremely resilient drive system that always provides the exact power that you need in practice in heavy-duty transport.

Regardless of whether you’re transporting mobile or crawler cranes, or heavy loads such as lifting gantries, body structures or special wagons – with the new Actros up to 250 tonnes, you have a particularly rugged and resilient vehicle at your disposal, which can be flexibly deployed and will rise to every challenge in heavy-duty transport. In addition to the high-performance powertrain, we have equipped the new Actros up to 250 tonnes with a wide range of special features. This includes its solid, highly resilient construction – from the extremely stable, reinforced frame to the chassis and suspension components which have been optimised for heavy-duty transport; and through to the axles which have been specially designed to take heavy loads.
